Methods of the privatization:

- sale of shares
- sale of business assets of the company
- issue of the shares to the employees in the company
- exchange of shares for the privatization vouchers
- subscription of new shares by capital increase
- debt - equity swap
- joint venture in which the company under privatization invests its
business assets
- combination of methods from items 1 to 7 of this paragraph
- other modes stipulated by this law and privatization plan.

By application of above mentioned methods, privatization is performed by
public auction, public tender or public offer in accordance with law and
privatization plan and other regulations passed by the Government, at the
proposal of the Council.
